5. BUSINESS CONTACT, QUOTE REQUESTS, AND PURCHASE ORDER TERMS.
This website serves as a corporate communications platform and business contact point for technical-commercial, administrative, and logistical support services, as well as industrial supply integration.
Inquiries and Quotes: Submitting information or forms via the website does not constitute a binding contract nor obligate the reservation of operational capacity until quotes, purchase orders, or confidentiality agreements are formally signed.
Purchase Orders and Invoicing: For all formalized transactions, the Purchase Order number issued by SEYCA Representaciones must appear on all invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (which must accompany the invoice in duplicate), to support accurate commercial coordination.
Modifications and Shipments: Excess quantities or additional charges for packaging, boxes, crates, transportation, or storage will not be accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by SEYCA Representaciones. No changes to terms, deliveries, prices, or specifications will be valid without written authorization from SEYCA Representaciones, even if acknowledgments of receipt or invoices state otherwise, to preserve contractual control.
6. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, COMMERCIAL CODE, AND QUALITY INSPECTION.
SEYCA Representaciones guarantees that all goods, processes, and coordinated services comply with the applicable legal provisions in the Mexican Republic. In accordance with Article 374 of the Commercial Code, goods and services received are subject to inspection, approval, or return if they are found to have defects or fail to meet specifications. SEYCA Representaciones fully reserves the right to claim defects in quality or quantity in accordance with Article 383 of the Commercial Code, to reinforce compliance and service reliability.
When required by the project or technical specifications, applicable quality and validation requirements must be strictly complied with, including PPAP, APQP, PSW, COA, AMEF, test results in accordance with standards, and the Supplier Manual.
7. HYPERLINKS TO OUR SITE (HYPERLINKING).
The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directory providers, and system-level accredited companies. Such links will be permitted provided that:
a) They are not misleading;
b) They do not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by SEYCA Representaciones; and

11. APPLICABLE LAW, TAX PROVISIONS, AND JURISDICTION.
Current Mexican tax regulations shall govern applicable tax obligations. For the interpretation, enforcement, and resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties expressly submit to the laws in force in the United Mexican States and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Santiago de Querétaro, State of Querétaro, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
